Meet Sean & Lanette
Sean and Lanette bring over 25 years of pastoral experience to believers whose holding-it-together stopped working. They've walked with leaders, couples, and singles through some of the hardest seasons of life, and they know how many people look strong on the outside while quietly running on empty.
Sean's background in theology and Lanette's degree in neuroscience let them speak to both the heart and the mind. Sean grounds every conversation in Scripture. Lanette shows how the brain actually forms habits, handles stress, and changes. Together, they help you understand why you're stuck and give you a practical way forward, with grace instead of shame.
They've spoken at some of the largest family events in the world, and they've been married 28 years with three adult children. That's 28 years of learning, failing, forgiving, and starting again, which is why they teach change as something you practice, not just something you read about.
Today, they travel speaking at conferences and events, coach couples and speak to leaders. Sean hosts leadership cohorts for people who lead businesses, organizations, ministries, and teams, and Lanette leads Grace on the Brain, a cohort for women. Every Monday night, they bring their real questions to you in live coaching. Their heart is simple: to help you stop holding it together and start flourishing.
